Here at PolyJumps, one of our core values is sustainability. In a time where the world is facing considerable environmental challenges, incorporating sustainable and recycled products into our range, offering and enabling our customers to support our planet whenever possible, is very high on our priority list.
The planet is facing more and more natural disasters, a rising global temperature, melting ice caps, and ecosystem disruptions leading to the devastating loss of some of the world’s most wonderful creatures. In fact, 2025 is on track to be one of three warmest years on record, accompanied by a record-low sea to ice coverage. It is an ongoing problem that scientists and environmentalists have been battling for years, and every little helps. Whilst we can’t reverse climate change ourselves, we can do our bit to support the planet and those working hard to save it.
We feel this should be something in the forefront of everyone’s minds, whether it is adjusting how you live day-to-day, or making informed choices when you purchase a product. Alongside our standard much-loved PolyJumps jumps, we offer the Eco Collection- both a more sustainable and eco-friendlier alternative, and a recycled option too. This gives our customers the opportunity to browse our website and have the option to not only get their hands on a sought after PolyJumps product, but do their bit to support the environment at the same time.

PolyJumps Bio Green Range
There are a lot of numbers, and even more information, wrapped up in ensuring materials are sustainable and renewable. Our Bio Green Jump range falls into the category of environmentally friendly with the use of renewable materials - in this case it’s sugarcane.
You might be raising an eyebrow at sugarcane but stay with us here! Our PolyJumps Bio Green range is made with a percentage of bio-resin, made from biopolymers. The bio content is sourced from sugar cane which is fermented and distilled to form ethanol. Ethanol is used to create Ethylene, which is the building block to form Polyethylene… complicated, we know!
Nevertheless, we’ve done our research, so you don’t have to! Here are a few of the advantages of incorporating bio-resin in our production.
- Bio Resin is Green Content Level certified.
- It has comparable, or even improved material performance to fossil-derived polymers.
- It contributes to carbon capture, rather than carbon emissions.
- Saves energy during the polymerisation process.
And what's more, as the bio content is sourced from sugar cane plantations, the production is regulated and adheres to local and internationally sustainability standards. They are prohibited from expanding into areas that would negatively affect biodiversity, or impact arable land for farming. Like the rest of PolyJumps’ products, the bio-resin we use is made in the UK, so our carbon footprint remains as low as possible.
The PolyJumps Bio Green wings and blocks are available in, you guessed it… bright green! The Bio Green products not only spice up your arena and look amazing in any course, but they are just as durable and weather-proof as the standard range of PolyJumps wings and blocks.

PolyJumps Recycled Black Range
The PolyJumps Recycled Black range is our answer to sustainability AND cost-efficiency! Made entirely from scrap, cut offs, and recycled products, the recycled range gives left over and otherwise useless materials a new lease of life, instead of clogging up landfills.
Made up of a combination of PolyJumps products that didn’t quite come out right in production, left over plastics and materials from the factory, and recycled plastic products from the PolyJumps parent company, JSC Rotational, your recycled PolyJumps product will have an interesting story to tell before it reaches your doorstep.
All of our unused or waste products get collected and sent off to a specialist recycling company. Here it is ground up and combined to create a mouldable and durable material. If you consider all the PolyJumps colours available, you might think it would come back a pretty unattractive colour… but that’s where the story gets even better! The specialist recycler will dye the combined recycled materials a carbon black, using a dye that comes from a recycled source itself.
So, by the time your ‘brand new’ Recycled Black PolyJumps wings or blocks arrive with you, it’s already lived a lot of lives! We love the idea that each product would have so many stories to tell, whether they started their life in the factory or served their time as a traffic light (yes, JSC Rotational make these!). And along with an excellent story, these products are a cost-effective way to help support the environment by prioritising sustainable and recycled products.

Why choose PolyJumps Eco Collection?
If all of the environmental benefits aren’t enough to tip the scales in their favour (although we think they have) here’s a few other reasons why.
The Recycled-Black products are actually a cheaper alternative to the standard range of PolyJumps jumps. Unlike a lot of companies, we don’t charge extra for the recycling process, and believe that recycled products should be available at a lower price than their “original” counterparts. That isn’t to say they are any lower in quality, they’re still the same PolyJumps products and are just as durable and long-lasting as their beloved cousins! So, if you want to save money and help the planet, these are the ones for you. They may not be available in all of the funky colours, but we think the simple black looks very sleek and professional in any arena.
The Bio-Green products are a little more expensive, that’s simply down to their unique and more expensive production. However, if you’re happy to spend that little bit more and do your bit for the environment, you’ve got a cool story to tell when people ask about your very funky green jumps! And, if you wanted a mix of the two to spice up your course at home, purchasing a set of the Recycled-Black jumps alongside the Bio-Green jumps, actually equals out to the equivalent in the standard PolyJumps range (that’s girl-math!). And we think the green and black looks very smart together, so it’s a win-win.
We know there’s a lot of information, so if you want to chat through your options with one of our experts, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’d love to help you make an informed decision that’s right for you, and the planet.
