Only received part of your order?

Due to the size of some of our products, our logistics partners may occasionally need to deliver your order in separate shipments. This is known as a split delivery, and it typically means your items will arrive over the course of a few days. Rest assured, all parts of your order are on their way and will be with you as quickly as possible.

 

Standard Delivery

At PolyJumps® we strive to provide you with the smoothest delivery service possible, from the moment that you place your order, to your jumps arriving at your door, yard, or arena. 

Unless a full shipping address including property name or number is provided then delivery of your order cannot be guaranteed. 

Although a What3Words address may be used as an aid by our couriers, this is at the discretion of each individual driver; it should not be solely relied upon to ensure safe delivery of your order.

All of our deliveries are handled by our courier partners; DX – for all orders over 10.0 kg, TNT – for some UK Mainland orders below 10.0 kg.

 

Additional Delivery Details

If you would like to be contacted prior to the delivery of your order then please add a contactable phone number to the ‘Order instructions’ section in your cart, or alternatively contact us with your order number and contact details. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that you will be contacted by phone as this service is provided directly by our courier, nevertheless you can still track your order via their website.

We always recommend that someone is at your specified delivery address to take receipt of your PolyJumps order, however, if you have a safe place for our courier to leave your delivery then please state this in the ‘Order Notes’ section on the cart page so that we can relay them to our courier, or alternatively contact us, as above. It should be noted that any directions to leave the jumps cannot be through any private property.

All of our shipping prices across the British Isles are calculated by the weight of your order.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Our courier will then aim to deliver your items as soon as possible. Occasionally, shipping delays can occur, especially during busy seasons, which may extend delivery times.

International Shipping

International shipping isn't always suitable due to the sizes and shapes of our items.  Please contact us if you’re interested and we'll investigate this for you.

We are not responsible for the loss of deliveries, however we will do our best to aid the recovery of any items that are missing from your order.
